Who’s this Substack for?

I like being a dad, so that’s what I write about.

The theme that I try to weave into all my posts is about the virtues of living a slower and simpler life. Think of my posts as someone describing what it’s like to stop and actually smell the roses, but in this case, the roses are every day moments with my daughter, wife, and people I love.

Honestly though, it’s best to just read my stuff — even just one post — to get a sense if the the words I write resonate with you.
